i can't sleep! kept tossing and turning... i shld go and read the Bible.

my life didn't flash past but today's event flash past, dunno why though. had heart palpitations just now, it's the suckiest feeling ever and i said "God, help me." almost immediately.. the palpitation stopped. The Lord is indeed good, can I then doubt His presence? The angels are watching over me.
