i just had lunch with my dad and as i was eating my fave lor mee from the kopitiam downstairs. looking at the lor mee, it just struck me that it's just normal lor mee, it didnt win any awards from any variety show etc, but i just like it. it's very simple lor mee, i like the combination of taste from the vinegar, the noodles and esp the fried wanton! i like the lor mee others may not know why i like the lor mee. and the lor mee may be nothing much to someone else. as long as it appeals to me. the opposite would be like a durian. the durian cant change its taste or its pungent smell, you can't force me to take it. i just don't like it.
