sigh. quite a few people said i look pale today.. and i cant decide whether i felt worse today or on friday

did QT today and was reminded of having HOPE in the Lord. and no matter how harsh conditions can be, we have to keep going to the Lord kneeling in prayer. and to really leave our burdens at His feet. How often we pray about something, we quickly pick up the burden again. hope, love & joy! why isit so difficult to exude these qualities? what am i still holding on to?
