dim sum dollies were. absolutely. fantastic. i laughed so so hard til my stomach hurt leh heh.

the last run in 2005 wasn't that fantastic, i much preferred the 2004 run with hits such as parking pontianak, i guess which explains why "she" made a special appearance during one of the scenes.. LOL.

i got to esplanade at about 240pm & ah tong was running late. i was getting rather panicky and she wasn't here at 2:59pm 12 secs so i quickly text a msg to her asking if she's alr here. i was so afraid that i had to miss the opening then at 2.59pm 55 secs, she called me saying she's arrive and i spotted her, told her to run up the stairs, passed my tickets to the usher. To my pleasant surprise, i had booked for ourselves at the foyer seats! *woohoo. we then quickly ran down and checked ourselves in right in the nick of time. *BEAMS. absolutely great view and was so. worth. the. price! *BEAMS. the songs, lyrics were very creative & apt and VERY obvious, poking fun & honoring political figures even thought they tried to do it subtle-LEE. actually was wondering if i'll get sian watching it a 2nd time, now i know my answer. LOL.

the crowd was like a lil dead? just doing the usual clapping after each song & the opening. So i decided to add in some elements. right after the 2nd/3rd song i kept woohoo-ing loudly then after a while, i think ah tong caught on. We woohoo-ed together. Too bad I can't whistle, if not I would have done so. =P then halfway through the show, i realised more pple were woohoo-ing too =D mus b influenced by us, heh. everyone gave resounding applauses, whistles & woohoos right at the very end.. Ended the evening with a satisfying meal @ ichiban boshi (new fave! dun like sakae le)
